The nature of our service
We provide construction estimating and quantity takeoff services. The deliverable is a completed estimate or takeoff document, prepared based on the drawings and information you provide. Clients are invoiced before work begins, with a 50% deposit due upfront and the remaining 50% due upon completion.
Before work begins
If a project is cancelled before our team has started work, the 50% deposit will be refunded in full.
Once work has started
Once work has begun on your estimate or takeoff, the deposit covers the time and effort already committed to your project and is non refundable. If a project is cancelled partway through, we will invoice only for the portion of work completed, and any amount paid beyond that will be refunded.
Revisions
Two to three revisions are included with each estimate at no additional cost. Revisions beyond that are billed separately and are not covered by this refund policy.
No guarantee of bid outcome
An accurate estimate does not guarantee that you will win a bid. Refunds are not issued based on the outcome of a bid, only on the work actually delivered.
