The nature of our service

We provide construction estimating and quantity takeoff services. The deliverable is a completed estimate or takeoff document, prepared based on the drawings and information you provide.

Before work begins

If a project is cancelled before our team has started work on your estimate, we will issue a full refund of any payment made.

Once work has started

Once work has begun on your estimate or takeoff, payment covers the time and effort already committed to your project. If a project is cancelled partway through, we will provide a prorated refund based on the portion of work not yet completed.

No guarantee of bid outcome

An accurate estimate does not guarantee that you will win a bid. Refunds are not issued based on the outcome of a bid, only on the work actually delivered.
