A quantity takeoff is only as good as its accuracy, since every downstream cost estimate depends on it. We measure directly from your drawings, broken down by CSI division, and cross check every quantity before delivery to catch errors before they reach your bid.
Takeoffs are delivered in Excel by default, and we can work directly in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or STACK if that fits your workflow better. If you already have a takeoff template your team prefers, send it over and we will match the structure.
A takeoff on its own is useful for self performing contractors who price their own labor and materials, and it is also the first step behind every full cost estimate we deliver.
